MANILA, Philippines --- Courage is needed to face a future, both certain and uncertain, Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo said in his New Year message. In his New Year's message released on Saturday, Gesmundo said it is important to look back on what had happened in the previous year to look ahead to the future.
