Salman Khan firing case: Accused dies in hospital after suicide attempt in police custody
Anuj Thapan, accused of supplying the firearm for the shooting outside Salman Khan's residence, died after a suicide attempt in Mumbai police custody. Arrested on April 25, his death occurred post-emergency treatment at St. George Hospital. Thapan was linked to the April 14 attack executed by two individuals who practiced shooting in Bihar.
